First: The overall goal of the training program

Develop the skills of participants in the field of charitable project management and provide them with the knowledge, expertise and skills necessary to achieve the goals of their charitable organizations and raise the level of productivity and according to the levels and experiences of the participants in the programs.

2. Introducing participants to the concept of project management and the components of this management concept and its applications in the field of charitable organizations.

3. Inform the participants of the understanding of effective communication and organizational relations within the organization and ways to activate it.

4. Introducing participants to the skills of operational planning projects.

5. Participants acquire project planning skills.

6. Participants acquire the skills of effective project supervision and mechanisms for activating the executive functions of employees.

7. Give participants performance measurement skills and continuous improvement mechanisms.

8. Give participants problem-solving and decision-making skills.

9. Give participants reporting skills.

10. Give participants creative thinking tools that can be used to improve and develop the performance of charitable organizations in the field of financial and human resources development and the development and promotion of customer satisfaction.
