Below are some tips from professionals, which help any coach win the group alongside him:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1- Shake hands with the participants as they enter the training room to build a relationship on a personal basis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Replace the word &#8220;f&#8221; with the word &#8220;but&#8221; whenever possible, such as &#8220;I have made an interesting point and your colleagues do not agree with you&#8221;, you have not lost anything in your letter, but you have reduced the risk of marginalizing the trainee.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3.
