About the training bag:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

When we are exposed to bad situations in childhood and we do not find a logical explanation or our parents do not act to our satisfaction, we will build our own false beliefs about this situation in an attempt to protect ourselves from grief and abuse, hence the adoption of the “fake anna” and grow up with us to create an unsatisfactory reality.<\/strong><\/p>\n
