Training management has become very necessary in different organizations and companies, no matter how large or qualitative companies may be, they must take care of the training management matters and organize this process logically, The departments, authorities and resources are provided to oversee this process and in this article we will explain the most prominent departments of the training department and the tasks and accessories of each department

The training department consists of three observers as follows:

(1) Training Management Department to oversee the planning and development of training programmes and to carry out the following tasks:

Monitoring the development of a training program involves identifying and analysing training needs and designing and evaluating the program.

Preparing discretionary budgets and designing training programs.

1.2 (Management of follow-up and evaluation of the training project, It specializes in the following:

(1) Study and evaluate companies’ proposals for programs to be implemented in the Ministry.

(2) Cooperation with the training project design department and a coordination meeting with the training implementing company.

Nominating companies charged with implementing the training programmes contained in the annual plan.

(4) Tracking and evaluation after the completion of the training programme for a period of time.

(5) Evaluation methods using English and computer software.

(2) Training Management Section to oversee the implementation of the training plan and carry out the following tasks:

Supervising the implementation of training programs and coordinating with the companies implementing these programs.

Coordination with relevant departments on nominations for training programmes.

Select candidates and inform them of the dates of the training program.

Prepare statistics and data for lecturers, teachers and trainees and update data periodically.

In coordination with various training institutes and companies, Nominating the organization’s staff to participate in the programmes included in its programmes, Depending on the nature of the candidate’s work.

1.2 (Management of the implementation of training projects, It specializes in the following:

(1) Overseeing the implementation of training programmes in the Department’s annual plan.

Coordination with training companies and institutions on the preparation and organization of training programmes.

(3) Coordination with the relevant departments of the company on the nomination of training programs.

(4) Communicating with independent and affiliated bodies regarding the selection of public finance programmes and candidates.

(5) Select candidates and inform them of the dates of the training courses.

(6) Cooperation with the Training Project Tracking and Evaluation Department to participate in the evaluation of internal training projects.

(7) Enter the information of lecturers, teachers and students into the computer, Update the information regularly.

(7) Preparing payrolls for lecturers and teachers and tracking their payments.

Compiling departmental statistics.

(2.2) The Local Project Follow-up Service specializes in the following work:

(1) Follow up on the plans of Kuwaiti companies and training institutions and evaluate their training plans.

(2) Choose a hub that suits your company’s training program.

(3) Communicate with training institutions outside the company about these courses and select candidates from the Ministry of Education in accordance with agreed criteria.

(4) Preparing candidate correspondence with training institutions outside the organization.

(3.2) The External Project Follow-up Section specializes in the following work:

1 (Follow-up plans of training institutions in Arab, European, American and other countries.

2) Review and evaluate the training programs of the International Training Centre.

(3) Choose the appropriate external training hubs for various states and international regional organizations.

(4) Statement of foreign commissioning and commissioning committees with regard to appropriate decisions and assignments.

(5) Participation in the selection of candidates for external meetings and sessions on the basis of objective criteria set by the relevant committee.

Preparing internal and external contacts with training institutions and international missions.

Prepare letters for candidates for missions, missions or external courses.

8) Data entry for international and regional organizations and training centres.

Providing and operating technical training equipment in coordination with the implementing company.

Coordination with implementing companies to prepare and write certificates to participate in programs and training courses.

Preparing an annual training plan and artistic outputs.

Provide the library with the latest books, references and Arab and foreign courses.

Connect the library to an automated information network.

(1-3) Training Technology Department specializes in the following work:

(1) Preparing various training methods related to the training programme, Including appropriate rooms, equipment and technical equipment.

(2) Tracking the performance of various training equipment maintenance contracts, Whether it’s preventive maintenance or therapeutic maintenance.

(3) Providing training videos related to training programmes during the operation and maintenance of theatre equipment.

(4) Providing and operating technical equipment for training in coordination with the implementing company.

(5) Cooperation with relevant departments to coordinate the provision of special services during breaks.

(6) Cooperation with companies implementing in the field to prepare and issue certificates for trainees to participate in training programs and courses.

(7) Coordination with the Department of Finance to follow up on the issuance of advance prose.

(8) Preparing inventory measurements for the training section.

9 (Follow-up requests for payment of stationery and equipment needs.

2.3 Library services and training section:

(1) Cooperation with the Company Information Center to develop the training management process and training information system.

(2) Preparing an annual training plan according to the latest design in outputs and the implementation of artistic outputs.

(3) Design electronic rail technology for each department, controller, department or employee to meet the needs of training management and implementation plans.

4) Prepare an annual report on the performance of the training department and submit it to the relevant committees.

(5) Providing the library with the latest books, references and Arab and foreign periodicals, And to supervise the content of publications and magazines shared by the library, And organize loans.

(6) Indexing and classifying materials, books and equipment on the computer.

8) Coordination with the Information Center section to connect the library to the automated information network.

(9) Supervising the bulletins and magazines that are subscribed to and distributing them to the staff of the agency and organizing the lending work.
