Mr. Niall Bartlids holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in Lebanon, Mr. Niall Bartlids began his career in developing digital content by building standards for content taking into account educational aspects of overseeing the preparation and production of digital content. Participating in systems building, supervising their implementation, advising the organization, managing the distribution of content and digital services, supervising and training the team. Set the criteria for accepting final delivery and ensure that they meet the quality standards adopted by the department.
