Training bag: Creativity and innovative thinking
Introduction to the program
Fathi Groan 1999 defines creative thinking as “a complex and purposeful mental activity driven by a strong desire to seek solutions or to come up with original products that were previously unknown. Creative thinking is inclusive and complex – it is from the complex top level of thinking – because it involves overlapping cognitive, emotional and moral elements that form a unique state of mind.”
Munir Kamel 1996 defines creative thinking as “the method used by the individual to produce as many ideas as possible about the problem to which he or she is exposed (intellectual fluency), These ideas are characterized by diversity, difference (flexibility) and non-repetition or popularity (originality).”
According to Mohammed al-Mufti in 1995, creativity “is a process with successive stages aimed at producing multiple solutions that are diverse and serious in a supportive climate of consistency and harmony among its components”.
“Creativity is the talent for production and a strong and beneficial change in solving the strongest problems,” gordon said.
They said about thinking,,,,
Thinking represents the most complex form of human behavior, where it comes at the highest levels of mental activity , and this behavior is the result of brain function in the human body , scientists have tried to understand and explain this phenomenon. Cognitive psychology studies have researched a lot to understand patterns and methods of thinking through various studies and research. There have also been many theories that illustrate the mechanism of thinking in scattered directions that sometimes correspond and vary at other times.
To form a vision of the concept of thinking, I will review a set of definitions of thinking as seen by intellectuals and scientists:
The thinking is: * Understanding the common basis of knowledge and cultural buildings in the foundations of traditional order and discipline. Russell. * A viable tool for addressing, overcoming and simplifying problems. John Dewey. * Experiment with possibilities and study the potential when we don’t know what to do. John Burrell. * A very important process in our daily lives because it helps to plan individual goals and works to achieve them or solve a problem, or to know what we think or take from others or leave. Jonathan Barron. * A complex cognitive process, operating after gaining knowledge, or it is an organized process aimed at giving the individual knowledge. Barbara Persin. * A skill in which intelligence exercises its activity based on experience. De Bono. * A visionary discovery of experience in order to reach the goal. De Bono. * A higher cognitive and emotional mental process based on the outcome of other psychological processes such as perception, sensation and imagination, as well as mental processes such as remembering, abstraction, generalization, discrimination, comparison, and inference, and the more we go from perceptible to abstract, thinking is the good tool for addressing, overcoming and simplifying problems. “Glory is loved.” * Mental treatment of sensory inputs, in order to form ideas and this treatment leads to the perception and judgment of things. Costa. * Solve the problem, i.e. what happens when a person solves the problem. Golston. * A mental process that goes through stages and steps aimed at finding a solution to the problem, for which the process of thinking has begun. Clinton.
