Administrative and environmental reasons for complex procedures (bureaucratic or negative administrative style, complexity of administrative procedures by regulations, complexity of procedures, imbalance of regulation, structural relations and complexity of procedures). 4. Traditional ways of simplifying procedures (studying time and movement). 5. Scientific reasons and methods in analyzing and simplifying procedures (performing more than one procedure at the same time deleting unnecessary work using business networks T/C – Pert / Pert C.P.M). 6.
